Bio:
Tac'ahute was born in a jungle village 148 years ago, which is still rather young for an elf. The son of a Priestess, Calana, and the local War Chief, named Aktuhai, he was destined for greatness at a very young age. At a young age as was the traditional way it was done with his people, he was sent off with the other males to become a warrior. However, being the son of the War Chief, his training seemed to be much harder and harsher. Training would last all through his childhood and up until his mid-teen years. During this time, he was taught wrestling, boxing, knife skills, weapon training, survival training, as well as the finer points of war. Due to his prolonged exposure to the dangers of the jungles, at times fully ****, he soon built up a limited immunity to the deadly saps and toxins that the plants produced.
It was assumed that when Aktuhai died that Tac, as he was known to his friends, would take over. Aktuhai also prepared for this, as it was foretold in the stars, offering his boy even more of his knowledge about war, and the martial arts, even going so far as to tell the boy to train his mind to the arcane. Though Tac only managed to master two out of countless spells: Hunger For Blood, and Nature's Fury.  His mother though, a Priestess of the Goddess of Night, tried to teach him as much as possible about this Goddess, and her blessings. He listened to the teachings of his mother, but did not truly understand them as a boy. He is beginning to understand more as he ages.
He grew and became a fine warrior, eventually coming to the right age and prestige that he was allowed by the Tribal Council to choose a mate. The woman he wished to choose however, had already been chosen by the son of the Tribal Chief. As with any matter between two young warriors, it was ruled the matter would be decided by a spar.
However as the spar began, the great horns were blown and drums sounded. His village was under attack, by a mixed group of Orcs, and humans. Though it was assumed that the attack was led by humans, and the orcs merely saw an opportunity, this assumption has not been proven.
Tac attempted to protect his village, however by the end of this struggle his home was little more than half-burned huts and stone. In a cruel twist of irony, the girl he had wished to claim for his own died in the fires.  The remaining survivors moved on to another cousin tribe in the jungles, but he decided not to go with them. He instead wandered until he found the High Elven city. It is his hope that by joining with these other elves that he can calm tensions between the peoples, and possibly even drive backs those that destroyed his home.
